When to consider an asset management system?
- I want a full overview of buildings, property and vehicles that I own, rent or manage including information on land and utilities.
- I need information (lists, categories, property deeds, technical documentation, etc.), technical drawings (digital drawings, digital overview) and digital maps (GIS) in one system.
- I want an overview of contracts related to our buildings and property (rental contracts, service contracts, changes and additions, payments, etc.).
