yAssets_Asset Management

When to consider an asset management system?

  • I want a full overview of buildings, property and vehicles that I own, rent or manage including information on land and utilities.
  • I need information (lists, categories, property deeds, technical documentation, etc.), technical drawings (digital drawings, digital overview) and digital maps (GIS) in one system.
  • I want an overview of contracts related to our buildings and property (rental contracts, service contracts, changes and additions, payments, etc.).
  • I want to connect information on buildings with information on people (employees, organisation structure, external workers, rentals, suppliers, etc.).
  • I want to know the technical status of buildings and machinery so I can plan repairs and maintenance (maintenance plans, real and past status, communication with suppliers, order processing workflow, etc. ).
  • I want to monitor energy consumption (evaluate energy consumption, read energy meters, maintain the technical status or meters, record suppliers, check invoices, etc.).
  • I want to manage my vehicle fleet (car reservations, accounts, technical inspections, etc.).
  • I want to plan operational and investment expenditures on buildings and property (planning, record keeping, using investment finances, preparing rentability calculations and return on investment calculations, etc.).
  • I want to make management analyses, link them with objects, maps, drawings and export to other document formats (costs/investments, ex post analyses of investments, changes of numbers in time, limit numbers, calculations, etc.).
  • I want to use analyses for other planning throughout the company and link information from the system with other company systems.
