2002 Second all-Slovak ITIS conference

2003 YMS – cofounder of the GCWare Middle East FZ–LLC company
YMS, a.s., Trnava – co-founder of GCWare Middle East FZ-LLC in the United Arab Emirates. Organisation of IV. year of GIS conference. Microsoft Certified Partner (MCP). Award of Intergraph ČR to Považská cementáreň, a.s. Ladce for the successful implementation of the Intergraph technology in the project „Model of the quarry in Považská cementáreň“ – a project realised by YMS, a.s., Trnava company. Award of Intergraph ČR to SPP, a.s., Slovtransgaz division, for the successful implementation of GeoMedia and Geomedia WebMap Professional technologies in cooperation with the data bank Oracle Spatial on the project Geographical Information System of SPP, a.s., Slovtransgaz division – a project carried out by YMS, a.s., Trnava Company.
2004 Establishment of the alliance YMS/GCWare
Signing of a contract on strategic alliance with GCWare, s.r.o., Prague. Entering into a contract on strategic partnership with HSI, s.r.o., Prague. Change of corporate identity. Preparations to ISO certification. 3rd year of ITIS conference. Award for the development and creation of comprehensive solutions based on the Intergraph technology in the SR.
2005 Acquirement of ISO 9001:2000 Certificate
5th year of GIS-Conference. Official partner of the company MRO Software for the supply and implementation of MAXIMO. Acquirement of ISV (Independent Software Vendor) competency from Microsoft company, membership renewal as Microsoft Certified Partner.
2006 Establishment of YMS Germany
Successful ending of Dalili project in Dubai, U.A.E. Servingo - another successful project for navigation during World Football Championship in Germany. VIP sponsor of Logistics Rendezvous in Prague. Certification of GCWare for ISO. 4th year of ITIS conference.
2007 Formation of YMS Group
Certification of YMS for OMG -Certified UML Professional, 6th year of GIS conference. Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. Launch of yTrack to international market, first prominent clients for. Renaming of Prague-based YMS to YMS Czech Republic, spol. s r.o.
2008 Re-certification for ISO
A successful certification for ISO in both YMS, Inc. in Trnava and Prague´s YMS Czech Republic. Name change of YMS in Dubai to YMS Middle East FZ-LLC. Fifth year of ITIS conference. New solution yReg for Registry Office Administration.
2009 Stronger business expansion
Presence in Transport Logistic exhibition (Munich, Germany), Map Middle East (Abu Dhabi, UAE). New customers with yTrack solution in new segments.
2010 Change in Group structure
Strategic partnership with the investment group HKK Partners, which invests in YMS Czech Republic and YMS Germany. YMS Czech Repubic changes its name to ySystem, Ltd. YMS, Inc. Trnava moves into new offices.
