What is exactly hidden under the Fleet Controlling?
Admittedly, on-line transmition of the information between the vehicle and dispacher centre with follow-up information processing is considered as an essential basis of the whole system.
Mobile driver´s unit
One of the most important Fleet Controlling features represents the possibility of communication between dispatcher and the driver based on the chat basis in the real-time.This kind of communication completely substitutes common mobile phones communication, which costs internationally operating companies a sight of money yearly.
Planning and optimalization
Minimalization of the road tolls as well as effective planning of the drivers´ working and resting times according to the (AETR) standards, belongs to the most considerable parts of optimalization. Other crucial reserves can be found within the route optimisation, in compliance with the customer´s needs: to find the shortest or the fastest way; and last but not least to specify the most balanced way.
Does the customer need the required goods immediately? If the answer is no, transportation vehicle follows the free of charge parts of the road, which leads to slowing down the transportation speed but on the other side it saves customer‘s as well as forwarder‘s costs.

- automatic import or manual orders/task placing together with its atributes serve to get right order placement for suitable vehicles,
- available data processing on the existing/future orders, drivers utilization, geographical proximity to the starting point of route,
- splitting of orders and tasks by algorithm assigned to the individual vehicles and drivers (vehicle parameters evaluation: carrying capacity, actual capacity load, transportation limits, required approvals and certifications, vehicle´s technical suitability for the transportation),
- fixing of the convenient routing (multifactor optimization) for the individual rides or drop shipments distribution,
- tasks sending directly to the driver as well as two-way comunication between dispatcher and the driver,
- navigation of the driver to the destination by means of mobile unit, dynamic route and order setting,
- possibility to see order status by the customer,
- volume of alarm systems for non-standard situations during the output of the order,
- data transmission directly to the economic agenda, simplification and speeding up of the work with the invoices by immediate data transmission, easier accounting with the drivers, wide range of managerial reports for dispatchers as well as managers which serves to better activitiy and cost control.
