New functionality of yTrack

YMS Group prepared for its customers news about yTrack functionalities taking into account the newest trends and customer’s requirements within the transportation and logistics field:

HoS/AETR calculation in 1-7-14 days mode
Graphical representation of the driver’s activity belongs to the new yTrack tools, which makes dispatcher‘s work much easier mostly by the transit planning as well as workforce utilization. HoS/AETR is able to be displayed in 2 basic views: an immediate overview of actual driving data, i.e. driver’s working hours for the last daily, fortnightly and weekly cycle. Second possibility is historical data display regarding the driver‘s performance. By historical data Hos/AETR is also graphically displayed for selected drivers as well as chosen time interval.
One of the interesting functionalities is the way of graphical display of time consumption as a whole or divided into individual driver‘s statuses: drive, break, emergency, work. There is also available sum of the individual activities for 1/7/14 days.
Via monitoring of drivers´ activity the dispatchers are able to plan the orders with higher efficiency, manage more orders with the same fleet and the management is capable to register higher operational effectivity thanks to lower demands on the amount of drivers.

Fuel monitoring with the new reports
Fuel mostly represents the major part of the total operating costs of any logistics company. Therefore, fuel consumption is the primary interest of any logistic company‘s owner. Ensuring the economic efficiency of the operation is much easier with the complete reports package which show and control fuel consumption and are able to identify occurred problems.
Dispatcher is thereby able to set the consumption norm and later on check the volume of consumption on regular basis as well as can compare the driving styles and the consumption of individual drivers, or of individual orders. System yTrack likewise automatically indicates suspicious refueling in a separate report. All the tools reduce the possibility of non-economic efficiency fuel management which is highly appreciated among managers and owners of fleets.

On-line monitoring of the vehicles and orders
Customers are able to monitor orders via web applications like (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Google Chrome) which is valuable service provided by the companies towards their customers. There is no need to makes any additional installations and they can even look for up-to-date data as well as historical ones regarding the processing order.
Order’s monitoring includes not only specification of the goods location in the map but also the transit parameters such as cargo’s temperature or estimated destination time. Customers are able to view also the historical data of the transit according to setting up of the transportation company.
Web order tracking- online monitoring of the orders – contributes to the transportation company´s brand and represents a possibility to strengthen the relation between transporters and customers.

Data transfer from the cisterns
Modern cisterns have their own computers for the input/output management of the transported content. Data from the cistern’s computers are usually sent for the post processing. However, system yTrack enables not only its automatic transmission (i.e. to the central company), but also controlling of the vehicle presence at the place of refueling as well as fuel level rise within the tank.
Drivers doesn’t manually enter fuel amount coming from the tank because of automatic data transfer which are immediately ready to be used for further processing without any extern manipulation. Management is able to fully control fuelling and proceed in case of any irregularity.
