New functionality of yTrack
YMS Group prepared for its customers news about yTrack functionalities taking into account the newest trends and customer’s requirements within the transportation and logistics field:

Monitoring of the maintenance intervals
Individual vehicles have their own Electronic Cards within the yTrack system which serves to data collection needed for setting up and monitoring of the important maintenance deadlines.
Individual service actions are announced to technical workers in advance to be able to ensure and predict service action (based on average data) when the vehicle will be out of the depot. The alarms and alerts of the service actions themselves are divided into several levels according to their importance varying from general control action to action with the obstacles when the vehicle is not able to leave depot.
This advanced tool helps technicians not to forget important actions as well as vehicles are able to drive without any unexpected interruption. It makes dispatcher‘s work much easier and brings higher fleet effectivity and additional value for management.
Wireless temperature monitoring
Multi-chamber semi-trailers are hard nut to crack for temperature measuring - yTrack system enables to transfer data from arbitrary amount of temperature sensors by wireless connection straight to mobile unit- small computer within the vehicle. Data are subsequently transferred via GPRS to the dispatchers or it is possible to control it and monitor online through functionality – „Web Order Tracking“.
Thereby forwarders get rid of all challenging sensor and cable installation within the cooling trailers on the other hand customers get the guarantee that the order’s temperature is maintained in accordance with the chosen temperature regime.
Individual trailers monitoring
Expensive goods always require also special care, which is built-in within yTrack system. This logistic solution provides constant control of the trailers. Strong level of control is not only at the location but also at data from sensors (trailer move, temperature, doors opening and other actions). This functionality comes also without the physical connection to the semi -trailer truck. Owners of the logistic companies are fully aware of all inconvenience coming from insurance events, which can be decreased /overtaken by using yTrack system.
Fleet Controlling solution yTrack therefore can be very helpful tool for management of the logistic companies who needs to avoid any risky situations and unexpected events.
Backward route reconstruction
Route reconstruction which was covered in the past represents a helpful tool by searching for unauthorized turnings of the route or unsolicited stop. Video with the graphical features displays not only the covered route but also idle periods at the individual places and stops.
Recording speed, as well as depth of historical data about the vehicle speed and other parameters, is optional. They can be set up by users, mostly by the dispatchers and management who can easily and quickly check all the data on random basis.
This functionality is very effective in connection with arbitrarily set up alarms which warn responsible worker of such an occurrence as border crossing, exceeding of the speed, turning from the authorized corridor. Functionality of backward replay of the covered route is able to show „per - diem parking“ or abandoning the route without any permission. Reduction of costs linked to vehicle operations to the lowest level is one of the biggest contributions to the management.
