What is Fleet Controlling?
Fleet Controlling is a new generation of telematic systems for vehicles and mobile machinery that enables transportation or construction companies to plan, manage and fully control process of transportation services execution.

Distribution optimization with yTrack
One of the valuable yTrack functionalities represents a set of orders allocated to the available fleet which counts also on the future vehicle location at the time when the planned order started and into consideration is also taken a distance from the place of loading up, driver´s AETR exhaustion, etc.
This so far unbeaten and multifactorial optimization of deliveries´ distribution as well as simple one-time transportation can markedly save the fuel, dispatcher´s and the driver´s time and offers finishing up of bigger volume of orders at the same time with the same fleet.
Dispatcher board
Dispatch board (sheet) substitutes similar paper solution commonly used in logistics. It represents the overview of the individual vehicle efficiency within the timeline as well as offers colored distinction of the individual order according to their status or additional information straight on the sheet.
Orders management
Wide range of yTrack functionalities includes the work with the orders starting with the import from ERP (or some other) system through the dispatcher´s or operator´s approval up to the route planning. Dispatcher then delegates the order to the most suitable vehicle within the mobile unit, which will inform the driver accordingly.
Driver receives the transportation order from yTrack server. By clicking on the icon, it will automatically upload all coordinates and details of stopover places where the driver is navigated by the professional navigation systems. Immediate information about the order finalization will help to speed up the cash flow as well as invoicing process.
