yPipe_Pipeline Integrity Management System

What is yPipe

yPipe is a professional information system developed for management and active protection of pipelines. Represents specialized system for both safety and integrity management and pipeline protection system, which was developed for smooth gas transportation and is known as Pipeline Integrity Management.
It identifies weak points on the pipeline and is also a tool for scheduling and for keeping the track of all renovations, results of all internal or external inspections and anti-corrosion protection accordingly to international legislation.

Functionality of yPipe

  • Allows to record, evaluate and classification of all relevant pipeline data.
  • It is also harmonized with International standards ASME B31.G, DNV RP-F101.
  • PIM provides tools for simulation and prognostication of defect progression in time.
  • Generates documents for work in the field, supports GPS localization for defect mark out and its excavation.
  • This system is integrated with GIS and DMS systems.
  • It makes feedback accessible, especially from executed reconstructions for its confrontation with inspection measures.
