Data for the Facility Management Project at SPP
As a part of the facility management system implementation - the Facility Management project at SPP, a.s., YMS, a.s. delivers the drawing documentation. The solution is based on YMS product ITIS AMI.
During July 2006, the first FM system loading stage was completed. The drawing documentation concerning the building storeys and pertaining areas, with attached descriptive information on the buildings included in the drawings, was put use, totalling approx. 300 drawings. The scope of the drawing documentation covers the entire territory of the SR where SPP, a.s. conducts its business. Within the next stage, until end 2006, extension of the documentation to buildings to which no documentation was identified during the first stage is envisaged.
