The problem was in the need to make the work organization of workers in the field more efficient, to make more transparent a situation in area of records on interferences and information about location and activity of individual workers.

The solution has enabled to determine work processes upon detection of actual location in area, to localize sources and events on the map, to help to bridge over a gap between workers in the field and data in organization.

The company has obtained immediate view about the localization and activity of the worker in the field. Thanks to that it has shortened interference period of failures removal, it has improved load pattern, it has decreased paperwork because set of information has begun to generate automatically. In addition, dispatchers have acquired detailed reporting about work of workers in the field. Navigation software beside user’s comfort has brought savings of fuel and interference period.
