Our main services include transportation and shipping, goods storage, packaging and treatment, customs declaration and operation of distribution systems for dry and chilled goods.

Business Need/Reason
The company has no accurate view about actual location and goods transport status. A bigger part of paperwork has been converted by form of paper documents. A communication of driver -dispatcher was complicated and time consuming. A problem has arisen with tasks assignment and with route change of the vehicle. The firm has resolved the question how to monitor driver’s performance (observation of AETR, private routes).

Solution Overview
Full-value fleet controlling system for vehicles monitoring is expended of additional possibilities. Basic functionality contains possibility of fleet presentation on-line in the map at dispatcher workplaces of the company, basic set of reports (history of vehicle motion, drive records book, traveling records, AETR and etc.). An additional functionality concludes driver’s interaction with mobile driver’s workplace, monitoring the set of parameters of vehicle character, system of alarms at non-standard and non-planned fleet behavior and other. We have also used interface permitting the cooperation of order processing system of company and Fleet Controlling resolving the yTrack.

Results
The system has brought perfect view about location and activity of individual vehicles and drivers, (check of AETR, especially foreign diet, …) has permitted online communication of driver-dispatcher and tasks sending into vehicle. A voice turn-by-turn navigation with map records saves time and kilometers. The firm has acquired perfect view about individual orders and supplies.
