First inspection audit at GCWare
The first inspection audit of the quality management system at GCWare, spol. s.r.o. (Ltd.) was performed pursuant to the requirements for the ISO 9001:2000 standard
One year had passed from the date of initial certification and on 9 October 2007 a certification company, Bureau Veritas Certification, performed an audit at GCWare in order to verify the functionality of the introduced process approach, its improvement and the increase in the company’s effectiveness, efficiency and performance over time.
The lead auditor, Ing. Ján Rajzinger, declared, in the audit report, that there was no imperative to amend the certification. The implemented system is in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard and objective evidence regarding that standard was submitted during the course of the audit.
The auditor further stated that the organisation had proven its ability to reach specific goals in a demanding and competitive environment. The quality management system has introduced an improving trend, which moves the whole system toward higher quality.
In the audit report, the auditor recommends maintaining the certificate attesting to the fulfilment of the valid requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard.
