GIS Danube Workshop in Belgrade

It was attended by all the member countries of GIS Danube Forum that are also members of the Danube Commission (Dunajská komisia).

The workshop presented the results and state of affairs of the particular national River Information Systems as well as the options for an interconnection based on the D4D project (Data Warehouse for Danube Waterway) and a number of other interesting projects for river navigation sailing. The above mentioned workshop was also attended by YMS Corp. from Trnava - a partner of SVP (which is also a member of the GIS Forum).

Taking part in the international workshop has brought to YMS a lot of knowledge, technical information and contacts that will enable a more effective project collaboration of the company with other countries.
