The company sought a method how to address a customer, to provide the best possibility for access to music news, to accelerate and make data transfer more transparent.
Solution Overview
Service that was accessible through WAP, MMS, SMS and WEB for the Eurotel customers. The users would have the possibility to give votes to their favorite music news (therefore Music Countdown or hitparade), to listen them by means of mobile telephone, to provide text information about new CD, interpreters, photos of bands and etc.
Results
We enabled to Eurotel customers attractive services, we have solved the data transfer problem upon various basis what increased the total popularity of provided services.
