Problem was in slowness of needful information at search caller identification, complication of statistics elaboration process about passed calls and need to synchronize of processes within the call center.
Solution Overview
An application for PC serves incoming and outgoing calls. The application administrates IP phone, collects calls information, and uses them to identify the caller.
Results
By the solution we enabled immediate displaying of complex information about the caller to the operator, we simplified the whole process of call center, whereby the work of operators have made more efficient and have decreased markedly the costs per its operations.
