The specialist programme of the Conference was divided into several parts.

Opening presentation was delivered by the prominent Slovak specialist on maintenance management Vladimír Stuchlý from the University of Žilina. He focused on the problem of maintenance management and gradual development of approaches to the said problem. Hagen Neulen, a guest from abroad, contributed to the topic by information on actual implementation of maintenance management, as it is carried out by mro software company at its customers using the Maximo system, especially its latest version Enterprise Suite. Walleed Oughdah from AllSystems company from Saudi Arabia informed about the development of information technologies in the region of the Middle East taking into account the regional specifics in the sector of utilities.
Within the framework of partner presentations part, Iveta Šťavinová from Oracle company and Miroslav Petrek from IBM company informed about the news brought by these software giants.

Afternoon of the first day was dedicated to information systems for management of mobile resources. Jiří Vytlačil, representative of the Prague company Gitus, delivered information on specific implementation of a system for management of mobile resources, carried out by the company. Marek Przeworski, representative of GCWare, informed about the state of ITISTrack system solution and its successful implementation under the conditions of major truck transporters in the Czech Republic. The first day’s schedule was completed by another guest from abroad, a HSI Prague company representative, who introduced the news in the system of management and administration of AMI.

After the exhausting first day of Conference, the participants of the Conference enjoyed various services of the relaxation centre at Kaskády hotel to have a rest and to continue in informal exchange of experiences with implementation and use of technical information systems.

The second day was dedicated mostly to interesting customer solutions and implementation of new technologies for processing and visualisation of 3D data in technical information systems. This problem was the focal point of the presentation of Vojenské lesy a majetky company, supplemented by an example by Photomap company, aimed at 3D interactive visualisation of a wooded mountainous area. Slovenský vodohospodársky podnik presented the final solution of a complex Technical Information System with a very interesting confrontation of development and actual fulfilment of expectations and conceptions of its users during the implementation period. The most interesting presentation for the viewers was a mutual presentation of SPP representative Branislav Reťkovský and Renáta Šrámková from Geodis company on integration of various data sources in the Integrated Technical Information System ITIS SPP, focussing on usefulness of these data and returnability of investments necessary to obtain them. Finally, a mutual presentation of the companies YMS and Siemens Business Services was delivered, focussing on implementing the integration platform BizTalk in the Czech administration of social security.

All participants of the conference expressed their contentment with the rich programme for specialists as well as with the interesting topics. Many of them were inspired by them to further improve and better use data in their own technical information systems, and expressed their hope that they would meet their partners also in the future at similar interesting events.
