YMS receives ISO Certificate

Since the beginning of its activity YMS has considered management and provision of quality of all activities to be one of the main methods of accomplishing its mission. Quality overrules all its activities and customer satisfaction is the most important criterion for the assessment of resulting quality.

Long-term efforts in implementation of the principles of quality management have transformed into the process of certification of the quality management system that has been approved by an audit without any objections and without observed non-compliance. The entire process was completed by a ceremonial act of certificate presentation at an extraordinary Garden VIP Party in Penzión Pegas, Bratislava, in the presence of a small group of the top managers of YMS’s partners and customers. The ISO 9001:2000 certificate was handed over by a representative of BVQI Company, to the Managing Director of YMS, a.s. Company, Ing. Mikuláš Szapu (see picture).

Fulfilment of certification conditions proves that the Company utilises a recognised system of quality management and is an evidence of a high quality of offered services and solutions. Therefore the goal of YMS’s alliance with GCWare is to continue developing quality and supplying professional services to customers not only in Slovakia, but also on the European Union and the Middle East markets.
